Charge per week:  £235 - £360 (includes heating, hot water, electricity and all linen).  A deposit of £50 is payable on booking, settlement after arrival.  Cheques should be made payable to Mrs. J. Hopper.

For weekly lets guests receive on arrival a welcome pack of fruit, local eggs, home-made bread, Devon cream tea and a bottle of wine.

There is secure parking alongside the cottage.                                                 No pets and smoking is not permitted on the property
